We recently delivered this majestic system in Canada. Two Elsto ABB robot depalletisers load over 400K/eggs per hour to two breaking machines. Empty trays, dividers and pallets are transported and elevated fully automatic to the second floor. At this floor two Unifortes tray washers and one Unifortes horizontal pallet washer take care of washing the items. These washers are completely integrated in the Elsto conveyor system. All clean items are restacked with our Elsto ABB robot restacker. Next level process automation is in good hands with Elsto Smart Solutions.
But we're very proud of the project we just finished in Canada. Our customer was very pleased with the work ethic, speed and accuracy of our mechanics. This wonderful review creates great opportunities for future projects in Canada.
In a hatchery for high-quality chicks, the hatching trays were previously unstacked from the trolley by manpower. This was hard work and placing and bumping the boxes caused stress for the chicks. To automate this process and to make it more animal-friendly, Elsto has created a fully automatic destacker that can move and stack 250 crates per hour.

SKEA EGG FARMS LTD located in Dungannon, Northern Ireland, is a family-owned company supplying a range of quality eggs to major retailers across Northern Ireland and Great Britain.
Skea Eggs invited Triplelima to help increase the capacity on their grading with no additional manpower. In collaboration with Elsto Smart Solutions, the smartest way to automate the loading of the grading machines was engineered.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀; In the first phase Elsto installed a depalletiser to load the Moba 330 grader with eggs. Also a conveyor system was installed to transport the dirty empty trays to the washing room.
These trays enter two Unifortes tray washing lines (6500trays/hr). Pallets and dividers are manually transferred in the washer room. To be washed with a Unifortes vertical pallet washer. Clean plastics are restacked with an Elsto ABB robot re-stacker.
In the second phase we expanded this total solution with the automation of a new Moba 530 grader. We also installed a second Elsto ABB robot depalletiser. Elsto also connected a new conveying system to transport these dirty empty trays to the existing washer room. Due to these automations Skea-Eggs is able to process over 300.000eggs/hr with only three operators. One to run each grader and one to control the washing room.

SKEA EGG FARMS LTD located in Dungannon, Northern Ireland, is a family-owned company supplying a range of quality eggs to major retailers across Northern Ireland and Great Britain.
Skea Eggs invited Triplelima to help increase the capacity on their grading with no additional manpower. In collaboration with Elsto Smart Solutions, the smartest way to automate the loading of the grading machines was engineered.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀;
In the first phase Elsto installed a depalletiser to load the Moba 330 grader with eggs. Also a conveyor system was installed to transport the dirty empty trays to the washing room.
These trays enter two Unifortes tray washing lines (6500trays/hr). Pallets and dividers are manually transferred in the washer room. To be washed with a Unifortes vertical pallet washer. Clean plastics are restacked with an Elsto ABB robot re-stacker.
In the second phase we expanded this total solution with the automation of a new Moba 530 grader. We also installed a second Elsto ABB robot depalletiser. Elsto also connected a new conveying system to transport these dirty empty trays to the existing washer room. Due to these automations Skea-Eggs is able to process over 300.000eggs/hr with only three operators. One to run each grader and one to control the washing room.

Voor Perfetti van Melle in Weert mochten wij in samenwerking met onze partner ABBRobotics een compleet gerobotiseerde dozenstapel- en palletiseerlijn ontwerpen, realiseren en installeren. Voor alle drie de partijen is het een case waar we trots op zijn. Omdat hij bewijst dat echt partnerschap en nauwe samenwerking – zowel met buren als met verre vrienden - onderaan de streep het beste en mooiste resultaat oplevert!
